About the Role:
The WeWork Tech Services team develops new technical offerings to add value for our members and generate ancillary revenue. Reporting to the Director of Product, Tech Services, the Product Manager, Tech Services will own strategy and planning for the product line, go-to-market and operations The product manager will be responsible for driving results in multiple areas of the business including sales enablement, reporting, analytics, and financial operations. This role will directly impact our ability to scale internationally by identifying blockers and improving processes across systems and teams including sales, finance, and service delivery for the global business. The Product Manager will leverage analytics to uncover and explore insights to increase sales performance and profits. This is a hands-on role with a high-level of autonomy to identify, roadmap, and solve challenges across systems.
Responsibilities:
As a successful Product Manager, Tech Services, you will be expected to:
Develop and improve product strategy for existing and net new products.
Deliver product plans including roadmaps, revenue & margin forecasts, pricing, etc..
Work closely with the technology team and 3rd party vendors to deliver product improvements and operational plans.
Drive the continuous improvement of product operations including auditing processes across the sales and delivery cycle. Focus on identifying opportunities to improve customer experience, revenue performance, and reporting as well as drive efficiencies including eliminating or decreasing manual processes and increasing data quality.
Create go-to-market strategies and plans to drive awareness and ensure sales teams are equipped with the right training, collateral, and sales tools to effectively represent the products and engage with potential customers.
Use analytics to identify underperforming products or regions, scale products that have demonstrated market fit, and drive global sales adoption.
Ensure our partnerships have the appropriate level of reporting and integration to monitor service delivery and customer satisfaction across all products and services.
Experience and Requirements:
We’d love to hear from you if you meet the qualifications below:
6+ years of experience in Product Management or similar, improving product operations to allow for high-growth products to excel in the market
Proven experience growing revenue and improving customer experience for one or more products.
Experience working cross functionally within complex organizations to bring products to market
Experience managing multiple projects at once, with the ability to prioritize and drive success across them
Strong data, analytical and financial modeling skills
Experience within the technology services industry is a plus, ie: video conference, dedicated bandwidth, VPN, etc.
Core Competencies:
Highly organized and capable of balancing multiple priorities
Product Analytics background including use of first-party reporting for tools such as Salesforce as well as higher-level reporting tools such as Tableau, etc
Strong interpersonal skills; able to effectively build relationships and trust with internal and external stakeholders
Robust communication skills; can present information succinctly to executive stakeholders
Self-starter, reliable, focused, with the ability to consistently meet goals and deadlines
Compensation & Benefits
Base Pay: $164,000 - $205,000
Incentive Compensation: WeWork employees are eligible to participate in an incentive plan specific to their role. Your recruiter will detail what incentive plan is applicable to this specific role. WeWork incentive plans are subject to the terms of the applicable incentive compensation plan, which will be made available to you after commencing employment. WeWork reserves the right to amend its incentive plans, and nothing in this job requisition or any other document creates a right to a specific incentive plan payment.
Benefits: Full-time employees are eligible for comprehensive benefits (subject to the terms of applicable plans/policies/agreements, which will be made available to you after commencing employment), including: 20 days of PTO, 10 paid holidays, and 80 hours of paid sick time per full calendar year; 16 weeks paid parental leave; competitive healthcare benefits; 401k matching; and life and AD&D insurance.
