Swile is a centaur startup founded in 2018 in French. Focusing on the flexible labor benefits market, we have developed our first Super App designed for life at work which includes, among other solutions, the Swile Card - a smart card that gathers all the flexible benefits, delivering a personalized, unified and modern experience.

In 2021, Swile began its global expansion, starting with the largest benefits market in the world, Brazil, through the acquisition of Vee Benefits.

The global unicorn raised a total of US$ 325 million, with part of the most recent investment from Softbank Latin America. Now present in two countries, France and Brazil, the group has aprox. 1000 employees, 1.5 million users and 40,000 corporate clients, including large companies such as: Carrefour, Le Monde, JCDECAUX, PSG, Airbnb, Spotify, Red Bull and TikTok in France and Bayer, FIAT, Whirlpool, Ambev, CVC, TOTVs and Bom Futuro in Brazil.

About Product Management at Swile Brasil

At Swile Brasil, the Innovation (INNO) team is formed by Engineering, Product, UX and Data.

The Product part of the INNO team is led by a Head of Product, who also leads the UX team. There may be UX and Product leads, but the Product Managers never have a leadership role. There are no Product Owners, as there's no obligation to use SCRUM because the Engineering team is free to choose whichever delivery method or framework they prefer. Product Managers always have their multidisciplinary team, formed by, at minimum, themselves, the dev team and a UX designer.

We use the design thinking (double diamond | discovery delivery | upstream downstream) and the agile philosophies.

We are data driven and problem oriented.

The Product Manager ladder at Swile is composed of senior positions, with no entry levels.
