We are looking for a driven, talented Sr. Product Manager who will own, develop, and manage a new product suite to establish Supply Chain and fulfillment simulation capabilities. The modeling will be across a varied global network of fulfillment and logistics solutions. Simulation will allow us to optimize both current and green field operations, while simultaneously allowing us to fulfill orders with rapid speed and efficiency, to maximize warehouse capacity, and accurately deliver to our fans. You will work with scalable and transferrable solutions for the Fanatics Global Fulfillment Network, including WMS, WES, ASRS, WCS, PLC, and GTP systems. The ideal candidate is attuned to building a product roadmap for warehouse automation that is framed by Supply Chain KPIs and success metrics, has cultivated product management skills and experience in agile development, and has a track record of successfully managing complex projects with internal and external technologies across a number of stakeholders.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead the ideation, development, and launch of Supply Chain simulation capabilities and technology to support our Global Supply Chain Operations in tight partnership with SW engineering, Industrial engineering, and Operations leadership
  • Help to build a product(s) that is highly scalable, transferrable, and observable
  • Drive the definition of product requirements, on-going prioritization, deliverable timelines, and trade-off discussions
  • Prioritize partnerships with Industrial engineering, and Operations leadership to ensure delivery of Best-in-Class solutions
  • Provide input, knowledge, and research on key product & vendor decisions in Fulfillment / Distribution Centers and Supply Chain Network
  • Ideate, develop, and present ROI arguments for pursuit of product Roadmap items
  • Define, Create, and Prioritize SW and Quality engineering stories that are scoped appropriately for iterative deliverables against timeline targets in the product roadmap
  • Develop Functional Specifications as part of design deliverables in partnership with the SW engineering team to define what is being built to meet stakeholder requirements 
  • Organize, manage, and track tech releases using Agile methodologies
  • Manage external vendors and internal cross-functional teams on large, complex technology implementation projects
  • Own project timelines, budgets, artifacts, summaries, status updates, and overall executive-level communications
  • Requires occasional travel to our various locations in (and possibly outside of) the U.S.

What we're looking for:

  • 5-10 years of hands-on Agile Product Management experience with direct ownership of deliverables and product backlog 
  • 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Technology, Warehouse Management & Robots / Automated solutions 
  • Proven expertise in developing, implementing, and supporting simulation models and analysis across various forms of Supply Chain Technology and operations
  • Proven experience in data-mining, modeling, analysis, and formulating data-informed recommendations for Fulfillment Center infrastructure and engineering implementations, Warehousing formats, and Continuous Improvement process changes
  • Deep knowledge & experience in Supply Chain & Warehouse Automation business processes, including Receiving, Putaway, Picking, Packing, Sortation, etc. and associated KPIs
  • Demonstrates and Presents the benefits in implementing Automation AI and Fulfillment Learning Models for optimized operations 
  • Honed Executive-level presentation skills and ability to create meaningful, precise, timely project artifacts and status communications
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
