Product Manager, Supply Chain Optimization 

The Supply Chain and Operations Product team is responsible for the suite of tools enabling StockX physical operations globally. Your role will be to deliver visibility and enable technology to unlock supply chain capabilities at a global scale to make StockX the top destination to buy and sell in-demand current culture products.   

To achieve this, you will be responsible for assessing and prioritizing the needs of our operations, business partners, and seller community, translating their requirements into a cohesive product strategy to support business-critical use cases. 

You will influence many aspects of the operation, ranging from the technical requirements for associate-facing tools, inventory systems, and computer vision automation to integrations with external applications and the management systems used to optimize supply chain performance. This role will work closely with operations, transportation, data science, engineering, analytics, and machine learning teams to implement the supply chain product strategy.

The ideal candidate will have experience in global e-commerce marketplaces and develop a strong point of view on the capabilities we need to optimize for both Buyers and Sellers, leading with data to prioritize and measure outcomes. 

What you'll do 

  • Dive deep into current processes and future opportunities for economic decision optimization within StockX’s physical supply chain including areas such as Receiving, Authentication, Inventory, Outbound processing. 
  • Design mechanisms to identify changes in business inputs such as product size mix, source country, or packaging which will require intervention to maintain planned unit economics
  • Evaluate existing metrics and establish new KPIs to drive organizational change
  • Present findings to both technical and non-technical business leaders
  • Propose new data visualizations to distill complex topics for internal and external users
  • Prioritize product enhancements as well as customer and stakeholder requests by making smart, decisive tradeoffs using data-driven analysis and sound judgment.
  • Partner with ML engineers, data scientists, data engineers, and business analysts to implement new solutions based on your prototypes
  • Take responsibility for outcomes by setting clear objectives and key results on a quarterly basis.

About you

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Product Management or equivalent scaling e-commerce operations. 
  • Preferred advanced degree in a relevant STEM field (Economics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Applied Statistics) or equivalent experience
  • Experience in e-commerce or Marketplaces is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in managing Supply Chain optimizations and forecasting programs like unit cost optimization, capacity forecasting, and resource management.
  • Ability to influence a diverse group of internal customers.
  • Proficient in using analytics tools to drive business insights (i.e., advanced Excel).
  • Experience in Jira, Tableau, SQL, Google Analytics, and A/B testing tools is a plus.

Pursuant to the Colorado Fair Pay Act, the base salary range in Colorado for this position is $83,610 to $102,190, plus opportunities for benefits (e.g., medical, dental), equity and discretionary bonuses. Compensation in other geographies may vary.
