This role requires a visionary product manager who can shape and execute product strategy, conduct insightful research, and lead the discovery of innovative solutions. 👷🏾‍♀️ What you’ll be doing

Product Strategy - Partner Experience. Develop and refine the product strategy for the partner side of our platform, aligning with the broader business objectives.

Quantitative and Qualitative Research. Lead comprehensive research initiatives, employing both quantitative and qualitative methods to gain deep insights into partner needs, behaviors, and market trends. Translate research findings into actionable product recommendations to enhance the partner experience.

Product Discovery. Drive the product discovery process, working closely with cross-functional teams and our partners to identify opportunities, define problems, and propose creative solutions.

Collaboration and Communication. Collaborate seamlessly with design, engineering, and other teams to ensure alignment with the partner-focused product strategy.

Stakeholder Management. Cultivate strong relationships with our partners and internal teams, leveraging insights to shape the product roadmap and enhance partner experience and address partner-related challenges and improve workflows.

✅ Your profile

• You have 5+ years of product management experience, with a focus on marketplaces or b2b products, where your focus was on the customer experience.

• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.

• You have a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results.

• You’re entrepreneurial; you don’t need direction; you're self-driven and pragmatic.

• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.

• You can think strategically and translate strategies into actionable plans.
