Who you are:

  • Experienced product manager with experience working on marketing products in the direct-to-consumer space
  • A creative problem solver with experience in early-stage discovery who understands how to ship impactful products in a fast-paced environment.
  • User and data-focused. You are constantly looking to hone your instincts through user feedback and data insight. You understand the role and importance of qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
  • Collaborative: You have a strong track record of execution in a multifaceted organization, requiring building sponsorship and collaborating with internal product owners to successfully roll out products.

What you'll do:

  • This includes:
  • Defining the overall product vision, strategy, and metrics for your product
  • Building a roadmap to drive real value for Artists, Fans, and Spotify with milestones for success inclusive of discovery, and measurement.
  • Collaborating with product, technology, and business teams across Spotify to evangelize product strategy and influence successful go-to-market.
  • Navigating priority tradeoffs to support existing business needs as well as a burgeoning new revenue line.

Where you'll be:
