As part of a new job creation, we are looking for our new Product Manager !
As you may already know, we currently have 2 Products : Booking, an auto repair shop comparator and Parts, our latest addition that was launched 2 years ago, a B2B auto parts marketplace already experiencing a double digit monthly growth !
Since the beginning, Vroomly always had the intentions to provide its services everywhere in Europe and we’ve decided to start our internationalization with Spain !
To accelerate this first international launch, we will create a dedicated squad in addition to our 4 existing squads (Booking, Parts, Distributor and Pricer)
As a Product Manager, you will join the Product Team, composed of 4 Product Managers, 3 Product Designers and Jean-Philippe, Co-founder and CPO !
You will obviously work with the Tech team, currently composed of 4 Lead Dev, 12 Dev and 1 Devops. They are working with Python, Django, React & Redux 🙂
This opportunity is based in Paris, France🇫🇷or Lisbonne, Portugal 🇵🇹
Tes missions seront :
As you probably understood, you will be in charge of duplicating, adapting and implementing our current Products for the Spanish market 🇪🇸
- Lead the Discovery of the Spain’s services opening
- Make sure that the features developed are scalable for the internationalization in general
Define your squad’s OKR that will allow you to achieve the quarterly OKR of Vroomly
- Define product opportunities to deliver against your OKR (data, user interview)
Manage and prioritize your roadmap
- Translate your needs into tickets and drive the backlog
- Conduct and lead Scrum events of your squad
- QA of your squad’s ticket
Tracking of your KPI to ensure relevance of your actions
Internally promote updates on new features and their online releases
Once the Products are successfully launched on the Spanish market (approximately 4-6 months) , you will join, still as a Product Manager, one of our new team 💪
- You have at least 4 years of experience as a Product Manager within a startup
- You will work on different problematics, with different people… it’s important to be organized
- You are interested by Web universe
- You think of your product with a user centric approach
- You are autonomous with a strong ownership of your projects
- You speak Spanish and English fluently 😄
- French is a nice addition !
