Product Manager - Soundtrap job at Spotify

We are looking for a Product Manager to join Soundtrap!

Soundtrap is on a mission to make music creation and podcasting, simple - yet powerful - and collaborative for everyone. We’re a line of business within Spotify, small enough to adapt quickly and make our own decisions, but with all the resources that we need from the larger company.

What you'll do:

Be the product manager in an empowered product team with engineering, design, user research, and data science expertise
The product team focuses on increasing the number of users being onboarded onto the music and podcast experience of Soundtrap as well as organizing the creations created. The team also owns and manages the general design system for Soundtrap across all platforms.
Continually improve the part of the product via an ongoing build-measure-learn cycle and product discovery and optimization.
Prioritization of features based on optimizing for user value and business viability
Collaborate with a team to set an OKRs and roadmap for the team based on the product strategy, objectives, and targets for Soundtrap.
Work with stakeholders in the rest of the organization to align on larger initiatives and bets.
Work closely with an Engineering Manager to ensure that your team is strong and healthy.

You can develop a long-term roadmap for ambitious new ideas.
You are an excellent communicator in spoken and written English.
