It’s a slow, complex process, and the patients are the ones left waiting. At Inductive Bio, we’re building an intuitive, collaborative platform, powered by state-of-the-art AI to help accelerate this process.

Our platform is already being used on dozens of active drug discovery programs, and adoption is rapidly growing. We are backed by leading investors at the intersection of technology and biotechnology, and our team includes world-class technology and drug discovery experts. Our flagship product, Compass, enables chemistry teams to leverage state-of-the-art ADMET models, potency predictions, and collaboration tools. Building on this foundation, we are expanding our software platform beyond property prediction toward tools that help guide holistic program strategy. These new efforts will draw on proprietary deep learning models, LLMs, and our deep expertise in small molecule discovery, as we enter new markets and expand our impact.

We are seeking a Product Manager to own this platform and drive its next stage of growth. You will collaborate closely with our design, scientific, engineering, and machine learning teams—as well as with the cofounders—to define, prioritize, and deliver products that fundamentally change how small molecule discovery is done.

What you’ll do:

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for Inductive Bio’s agentic software platform for drug discovery

• Drive the evolution of the platform beyond property prediction toward tools that support broader program strategy, powered by proprietary deep learning models and LLMs

• Partner with design, engineering, machine learning, and scientific experts to deliver intuitive, high-impact tools that accelerate discovery

• Engage directly with users and customers to identify pain points and opportunities, ensuring the platform addresses real-world needs in drug programs

• Collaborate with the cofounders on positioning and go-to-market strategy as the platform expands into new markets and capabilities

• Build and refine product processes, metrics, and practices to enable efficient execution and long-term scalability

Who you are:

• 4+ years of experience in product management, strategy, or related fields (consulting or entrepreneurial roles welcome)

• Experience building products in complex or technical domains; exposure to drug discovery or a scientific background a strong plus

• Strong strategic thinker who can navigate ambiguity and align cross-functional teams around priorities

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work with technical and scientific experts as well as external stakeholders

• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take initiative, adapt quickly, and thrive in a startup environment

• Deep empathy for users and a passion for building tools that meaningfully improve their workflows
