The Snowplow CDI fuels AI-driven marketing, digital products and services, customer experiences and fraud detection, by enabling companies like Burberry, Strava, and AutoTrader to collect and manage real-time, structured and unstructured behavioral data governed in their cloud data platform.

With thousands of companies relying on Snowplow worldwide to generate AI-ready data to uncover deeper customer journey insights, predict customer behaviors, optimise differentiated customer experiences, and detect fraud; we are at the forefront of transforming how data-driven organisations leverage their customer behavioral data.

Following our $40 million Series B funding led by global venture capital firm NEA, known for investments in Databricks, MongoDB, and Elastic, we are seeking creative and innovative individuals to help us shape the future of Snowplow.

The opportunity:

As a Product Manager responsible for Snowplow’s data quality and governance products, you will lead the strategy and execution for tracking design, data quality, and governance tooling. You will work at the intersection of business needs and technical solutions, translating customer requirements into product features that empower organizations to maximize the value of their behavioral data. Your role will be critical in ensuring Snowplow's data infrastructure meets the evolving needs of our diverse customer base across industries.

● Meet with customers to present our product, gather feedback and conduct user research
● Define product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for new features and enhancements
● Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive offerings, and opportunities for product differentiation
● Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive interfaces that simplify complex data workflows
● Drive the development of tools that ensure data integrity, compliance, and governance throughout the data lifecycle
● Analyze product metrics and user feedback to measure success and inform future product decisions
● Partner with marketing and sales teams to develop positioning, messaging, and enablement materials
● Represent the voice of the customer in cross-functional product discussions

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

● 3+ years of technical or customer-facing experience in data infrastructure, analytics platforms, or SaaS products
● Strong technical understanding of data platforms, data modeling, and event tracking systems
● Experience with cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift) and data governance concepts
● Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value propositions
● Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align diverse teams around a common vision
● Data-driven approach to decision making, with experience using metrics to guide product development
● Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and business audiences

Bonus Points For:

● Experience with product analytics tools (Amplitude, Google Analytics, Mixpanel) or data quality solutions
● Background in data engineering, data science, or analytics
● Understanding of privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and their impact on data collection strategies
● Experience working with AI/ML applications and understanding how data quality affects model performance
