The Shop team is looking for a Product Manager to own Shop Minis, a new and exciting consumer-focused product. The Shop Minis team is responsible for creating next-gen immersive experiences including the platform infrastructure to support developers and an ecosystem of native commerce builders.

At Shop, Product Managers have a passion for building category defining products and leading a high velocity team that continuously raises the bar. You will be hands-on and lead this team together with your trifecta consisting of a UX- and Development manager. Constantly seeking and identifying the most impactful opportunities that serves and delights our customers and drives towards the strategic missions within Shop. Working closely with Engineering, UX, Data and other internal teams to transform the opportunity into reality through an exceptional user experience. Leveraging the success metrics and tripwires you have designed in advance to assess, iterate and improve upon the experience to ensure maximum impact.

You are an entrepreneurial spirit and thrive in a startup environment. You have likely played a key role in a fast growing consumer-focused startup or company. You have a proven track record of shipping fantastic products and getting things done at scale.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead and run a high velocity product team together with your trifecta (UX- and Development manager).

• Define roadmap and KPIs for the team that connects and drives towards the success of your product

• Continuously diagnose metrics and customer feedback to identify short- and long-term opportunities

• Retain a stack ranked backlog of well-defined initiatives 

• Design team rituals and processes for high velocity iterations to validate, build and scale the most impactful initiatives

• Ensure we ship product that meets our high quality bar

• Effectively keep stakeholders up-to-date and aligned on the intended outcomes

• Communicate learnings from experiments and initiatives within Shop to make the team and others more successful in their future efforts

• Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in writing SQL 

• At least two years experience running teams at fast growing companies, focusing on consumer products

• Proven track record of having shipped impactful and high quality products

• Built a team culture of testing and learning at a fast pace

• Ability to define and prioritize multiple initiatives while working cross-functionally and managing complex, technical and non-technical stakeholder relationships

• Great communication skills with a strong ability to align with numerous stakeholders towards a common goal

• Excellent communication skills, and the ability to align on goals and deliverables

• Genuine user empathy and passion for solving their most complex problems with the products you ship

• An entrepreneurial mindset - you must be comfortable rolling up your sleeves, thriving in ambiguity, and getting the work done
