Hims and Hers are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the optimization and creation of user journeys across our organic traffic sources to maximize our audience growth and ROI. In this fully remote position, you’ll combine organic growth strategies and a customer-centric CRO approach to achieve short and long-term goals. 

Experience & Skills:

• 6+ years of experience in product management
• 4+ years of experience in building and optimizing SEO/organic, e-commerce, or direct-to-consumer businesses traffic and web funnels
• Define new opportunities and strategies for SEO traffic growth
• Own SEO product development and A/B experiments end-to-end - devise the strategy, develop specs, steer requirements, drive cross-functional execution, and work with engineering, design, SEO, and analytics to deliver a delightful product
• Optimize page experiences that drive visitors down new wonderful customer conversion journeys
• Partner closely with the Director of SEO to continuously prioritize and lead the product backlog for dedicated engineer and designer teams
• Use of critical reasoning and data to influence without authority
• Knowledge of how to balance a great user experience and aggressive business goals
• A love for building positive and productive relationships across the company
• Ability to clearly and succinctly communicate complex ideas
• Strategic and tactical experience designing, building, and executing scalable processes from scratch, ideally in an operations-intensive environment
• Exceptional quantitative skills and aptitude, ideally experience in Amplitude, Looker
