Product Manager - Security Product Strategy

The Cloud Security Platform helps organizations seamlessly secure their cloud-native applications, workloads and infrastructures, all from the same platform their engineering teams use every day. You will join a unique product strategy team driving Datadog’s next phase of growth towards Security. We’re interdisciplinary thinkers leveraging diverse technical, product and business backgrounds to accelerate Datadog Security products go-to-market. We work directly with Datadog’s most senior leaders to set strategy, build the playbooks that will help bring our products to market while providing feedback helping define the product roadmaps.

What You’ll Do:

• Define which accounts should be targeted, how we teach our teams to engage with prospects and the key milestones in the buying cycle to drive efficiency and repeatability across the funnel.
• Wear many hats: partner with senior stakeholders in customer success, technical solutions, sales, product, product marketing and more on key strategic and operational priorities.
• Align relevant stakeholders across the company to execute on strategy and drive business outcomes.
• Determine where and how we should be expanding our teams to maximize our revenue growth.
• Provide hands-on support and coaching to our sales, customer success, solutions teams to make them successful in bringing security products to market.
• Contribute to propagating a customer-centric culture across the Product Engineering organization & provide customer/market feedback to other product managers to adjust roadmaps

Who You Are:

• At least 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role in the security industry (Product, Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Sales)
• Strong sense of ownership: will own and measure outcomes along with sales, technical solutions, product, etc.
• Thinking from first principles equally comfortable with the big picture and with the details 
• Strong verbal and written communicator.
• Experience presenting to senior stakeholders
• Pre Product-Market-Fit experience
