Role Overview
As a Product Manager, you’ll join a cross-functional Feature Team within the Product division. You’ll collaborate closely with Tech, UX, and BI colleagues to develop initiatives that serve both internal users and end customers. At the same time, you’ll work alongside business stakeholders to gather insights and translate needs into impactful solutions. Your focus will be within the Employer team, where you'll contribute to the evolution of our payment product (e.g Meal Voucher).

Your mission:

  • Analyze product usage. Optimize all features based on usage analysis.

  • Monitor user’s feedback. Evaluate and identify new features that might be required.

  • Evangelize internal request processes. Advocate for proper methods of raising and writing internal requests.

  • Ensure complete request requirements. Write user stories for the tech team to ensure clarity and completeness.

  • Remove process blockers. Help your team anticipate and eliminate obstacles that hinder process development.

  • Collaborate with Quality Assurance. Work closely on application/system improvements and bug fixes.

  • Define testing criteria. Establish criteria for product acceptance testing.

  • Implement Agile practices. Facilitate Scrum processes and apply Agile methodologies.

Your ideal profile:

  • Experience. 3+ years as a Product Manager or Product Owner in fintech or banking companies. 

  • Cross-functional collaboration. Ability to work well with internal teams including marketing, engineering, business development, quality assurance, and operations.

  • Technical background. Sufficient tech knowledge to effectively collaborate with engineers.

  • Evaluate emerging products. Ability to assess new products and services, measuring their potential value for Satispay.

  • Fintech industry knowledge. Ability to understand, research, and follow technology trends in the fintech industry (a plus).

  • Structured communication. Ability to communicate in a structured and convincing manner, adapting your communication style based on the context to build trust positively and professionally with various stakeholders.

  • Passion for FinTech or Startup environments.

  • Languages. Fluency in Italian and English.
