What you’ll do:

Own the entire domain of billing and invoicing for Redis Cloud
Focus on the customer lifecycle and day-1 & day-2 operations of Redis as a leading DBaaS.
Work on creating a seamless customer experience for managing and paying invoices, understanding usage trends and other billing tasks.
Work with Customer Success and Finance on features and flows that are foundational in driving the success of a SaaS offering
Own and lead features end to end, from design through development, deployment, and market launch
Develop a deep understanding of the market and ecosystem, interacting with customers, partners, and the customer-facing organization
Define and document detailed product requirements in collaboration with architects, R&D, Product Designers, other PMs, and other internal and external stakeholders

What will you need to have?

5+ years experience in SaaS product management or equivalent experience in an enterprise organization (B2B)
Familiarity with SaaS best practices for billing and invoicing.
Good knowledge of pricing and packaging and a willingness to gain a deep understanding of customer consumption metrics
B.S. in computer science or equivalent professional experience
Capable of articulating in English, verbally and in writing, abstract concepts as well as detailed technical information
Comfortable with code

Extra great if you have:

Experience with NoSQL databases (extra points for Redis experience)
Previous experience integrating with payment processing systems such as Stripe
Previous experience integrating with a SaaS billing platform such as Zuora
Familiarity with billing via major cloud marketplaces such as AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure
Familiarity with Netsuite and Salesforce
Expertise in Excel/Google Sheets
