Responsibilities

Responsible for Binance internal risk platform product planning, design, development, execution and operations
Produce clear Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), interactive wireframes and product roadmaps to drive product development
Conduct user research across a broad spectrum of internal users and stakeholders, and translating abstract user requirements into actionable product features
Work closely with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure execution and delivery of product deliverables
Prioritize features, build consensus, and coordinate product schedules with a team of engineers, designers, and analysts to ship high-quality experiences
Analyze product performance data and collect user feedback to optimize user experienceUser-focused approach to understanding users needs and pain points to develop requirements and product solutions
Manage cross-functional and cross-department communication and coordination to ensure product quality and progress, and completion of product milestones
Support related business needs and achieves business goals with internal and external partners

Requirements

3+ years of working experience with Internet or financial products, with demonstrated track record of working with cross-functional engineering teams to successfully ship complex software products
Strong logical thinking ability and excellent communication skills Highly user-focused, able to empathize with users needs and pain points to develop impactful requirements and product solutions
Creative thinker and problem solver Self-driven with ability to independently set priorities and manage product direction
Ability to communicate in Mandarin and experience in risk management preferred
