Product Manager: Risk & Identity 

Checkout.com is looking for an experienced product manager and leader to help us build a scalable and reliable risk management platform. This role will own the foundations of and will be responsible for setting a long-term vision and strategy for the function. They will provide cross-functional leadership across product, engineering, and business teams, and build a skilled product team that enables a scalable and automated platform for fraud and credit risk management. They will collaborate closely with their stakeholders to understand their pain points, drive prioritization for product development and unlock new financial capabilities for our customers.

About you:

  • 3+ years of product management experience
  • Experience working in the risk/fraud domain
  • Experience working for a global company 
  • Ability to convert business strategy into product vision and strategic priorities to drive product roadmap and execution
  • You think from the customer perspective and are able to balance future opportunities with immediate needs
  • You are great at collaborating with stakeholders in product, engineering, risk, and compliance with high EQ and influencing skills
  • Data-driven, you clearly define success metrics and measure progress against them
  • Effective communicator: you can get others excited about a shared vision and can simplify complex concepts for a wide range of audiences

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide domain expertise in risk products to serve business and customer needs
  • Develop product vision, strategy, and data-driven prioritization to build a highly automated fraud, credit and AML management platform that unlocks value
  • Build strong partnerships with business, product, and technology stakeholders and work with them their buy-in and collaboration to generate momentum for your products
  • Research, find, work with, prioritize and integrate with relevant data providers
  • Work with other product and engineering leaders to ensure alignment with their roadmaps and delivery
  • Gain a deep understanding of Checkout.com ’s customers and business
