Vestiaire Collective is looking for a Product Manager to join the RaaS (Resale as a Service) tribe.
The RaaS (Resale as a Service) tribe is in charge of creating the tools needed to empower brands to do second-hand. Our team are on a mission to build an ecosystem for circular fashion. This includes the outreach and promotion of second-hand from participating brands to their customer base and the authentication and pricing of their products. We leverage the years of experience that Vestiaire Collective has developed in the second-hand luxury market by interconnecting with the Vestiaire Collective platform and improving the efficiency of our operational teams. The product is already live and successful with prestigious partners and customers in luxury fashion, including MyTheresa and Alexander McQueen.
We are just getting started! We are on the verge of launching in the coming weeks with more prestigious luxury fashion partners.
You will report to the VP Product of the RaaS tribe and be in charge of identifying our biggest challenges and opportunities to scale the RaaS product, and then create innovative solutions so we can onboard new brand partners across regions efficiently. You will be responsible for defining and executing the squad’s roadmap, working cross-functionally with other business areas, design and tech, making sure all initiatives deliver value early and often.
What you’ll do
- Define and manage the product roadmap for your area
- Lead a squad composed of engineers and QA
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to create the best scalable product that reinforces our competitive advantage
- Communicate cross-company the strategy and new releases
- Follow up of impact on the feature launched
Who you are
- Customer-centric, work back from customers problems
- Passionate about scaling products and improving efficiency
- From 4 years experience in a product-centric position with a proven track record of shipping products impacting KPIs
- Analytical mindset (make decisions based on data)
- Experience leading others within a Product team using an Agile development methodology (such as SCRUM or Kanban)
- Able to solve complex problems and take a new and creative perspective on existing solutions
- Extensive experience in working with engineering teams (in-house and off-shore)
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in evolving and ambiguous environments
