We’re looking for a great Product Manager to join our team. You’ll own the success of a key product, and be part of a team of smart, resourceful, and empathic humans.
What You’ll Be Working On
Fundamentally, this job is about owning the success of a product that can have a meaningful impact on the clinical trial industry. We’re looking for someone to go beyond writing good requirements and make sure that the product meets them; we’re looking for someone to have a critical impact on building, launching, and growing a successful product.
This role is for someone who can think deeply to understand complex problems, and collaborate to come up with awesome solutions and a plan to turn good ideas into great products. You will work hand-in-hand with Design to craft great product experiences that delight our customers. You will be a central point of contact with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure each team is set up for success. You’ll use data to evaluate the product’s adoption, identifying areas for improvement, and for future growth.
What You Bring to OneStudyTeam
- BS in Business, Marketing, Project Management or other related fields, or 5 years of relevant experience is required
- 2+ years of product management experience at a SaaS company is required
- Excellent communication, problem solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to make decisions quickly and independently, and demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong bias for action
