Product Manager - Rapid job at Scale

Scale’s emerging products are some of the fastest-growing in the company's history. We are looking for entrepreneurial product managers to help us grow further. In this role, you’ll be given the opportunity to have a large amount of impact by working closely with our go-to-market teams to understand and define what our customers need. We are looking for product managers who care deeply about the impact and solving customer problems. We want people who are results-oriented who will find great innovative solutions to deliver the best product that helps our users accomplish their goals. And we want people who can roll up their sleeves and dive deep into the weeds.

Scale Rapid is focused on democratizing the access to high quality data – where anyone can sign up and get production quality data quickly – and plans to do so by redefining the turnaround frontier for labeling. The goal of the team is to be the fastest way to production-level quality labels within a day, with no minimum data volume. With faster, and product-level quality data, customers will be able to iterate and accelerate their AI development.

You will:

Own large new areas within our product, and ship systems from 0 to 1
Drive product vision and evangelize that across teams
Work closely with our engineering team to scope and deliver outcomes
Deliver experiments at a high velocity and level of quality to engage our customers
Work deeply with sales and marketing to increase customer engagement
Work across the entire product lifecycle from conceptualization through production

Ideally you'll have:

2+ years of Full-stack engineering and/or ML engineering experience
Unending energy in running through walls and making an impact
Great UI/UX design sense and desire to build the best product possible
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical field or equivalent practical experience

Nice to haves:

Prior startup experience, building from 0 to 1
Experience at other API and AI technology companies
Excitement to work with AI technologies
