The Partners Tribe objective is to help our partners serve, monetise and understand their fans better as well as grow their fanbase and their business. It consists of multiple squads focused on two core products: 1) the OneFootball Network, which is composed of 500+ content partners from around the world that deliver 150k+ high-quality articles & videos per month to 12M+ football fans. 2) The Publisher Network is a network of over 150 media outlets worldwide that use our Embed Player to play 700 million videos every month. These videos come from leading clubs, leagues and federations around the world.
Your Role:
- Ensure the team understands the vision to build the best experience for our publishing partners.
- Own and manage roadmap & prioritize the backlog working closely with engineering & design.
- Identify customer problems through quantitative & qualitative analysis.
- Collaborate closely with design, data, engineering as well as business stakeholders to gather requirements and determine solutions.
- Coordinate the development of solutions from ideation to release.
- Establish product metrics to measure success and evaluate progress towards OKRs.
Your Profile:
- 3+ years experience in product management.
- Proven experience working with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
- Technical background with proven experience shipping technical products
- Experience with at least one of the following:
- Online video technology, web-based video players, video delivery and video management.
- Ad technology, integrating with ad servers (Google Ad Manager as an example), understanding the advertising ecosystem of SSPs, DSPs, DMPs and IAB’s CMP/TCF2 technologies.
