We are currently seeking a Product Manager to develop a world-class public charging experience to our customers. This position requires a highly experienced Product Manager with a proven track record of excellence and managerial achievement. The candidate demonstrates strong organizational capabilities and the ability to command respect from the talented teams he or she will help lead and coordinate. The ideal candidate will communicate proactively, so each individual team member remains aware of the timing and delivery expectations placed upon them, and that critical issues are identified and brought to the attention of senior management in a timely manner.

The Role

Lead the development and execution of the Lucid China public charging service to provide our customers with a premium end-to-end, integrated offer and experience.
Help identify, develop, and manage relationships with commercial partners such as Charging Networks, Roaming Hubs and E-mobility Service Providers.
Collaborate and coordinate with the various stakeholders including product management, engineering teams, marketing, and other relevant parties to support roadmap definition and implementation.
Monitor the Chinese EV market closely to ensure we consistently offer our customers a world-class solution with competitive features and pricing.
Communicate status and risks to senior management and perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
Support the growth of the Lucid Charging Infrastructure Team and charging products & services portfolio in the whole APAC region as required
Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining the program’s vision and key milestones

Requirements

2+ years in project or product management or similar roles.
2+ years public EV charging experience including strong knowledge of the roles and responsibilities of CPOs, eMSPs, and roaming platforms, preferably in China.
Experience in managing agile software development, electronic hardware development, and integration of software and hardware lifecycles.
A drive to create world-class products.
Excellent communications and leadership skills.

Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline (electrical or industrial engineering, computer science, or similar), master’s degree preferred
