Product Manager - Privacy job at Ogury

About the role

Ogury are looking for an experienced and product manager to join our Supply team. You will oversee all aspects of our privacy-focused products. reporting directly to the Head of Product Management.

You will work on a very complex topic close to the data and analytics team. In this role it will have an impact on the business and supply. Building our publisher platform which has a focus on what does the publisher need, both for client and internal use.

It will help us grow our inventory, it has a lot of features which are interesting for product managers. You will also own everything for the consent management platform, and everything that touches the Privacy topics. It's a large-scale admin and back office, supply and platform.

This is an opportunity to learn more about the AdTech Ecosystem and everything regarding publisher integration, and how to grow an ad inventory whilst being in touch with publishers directly.

You will have complete ownership of a platform that's used by 3000-2500 clients externally, and 100 people internally. The platform is something that grows at an exponential rate.

What you will do

Develop and implement product strategies that promote privacy and ensure adherence to relevant privacy laws and regulations.
Identify opportunities for product improvement and collaborating with engineering and design teams to ensure product quality.
Research and analyse customer feedback and industry trends.
Develop an understanding of the competitive landscape and working with marketing and sales teams to ensure our products can compete within the market.
Lead product launches, and monitoring product performance and making adjustments as needed.
Work with legal teams to ensure that product features and processes comply with applicable laws and regulations, and the customer service teams to resolve customer privacy-related issues.

About you

You have 2+ years experience within Product Management or privacy and GDPR projects.
Create a vision for what is our platform (which features we should develop and push.) and market research on competitors to understand what is happening in the market and what we are building and growing to add to our platforms.
Work directly with the technical team to prioritise the work, and to really understand what is needed for developing important features for the business. Opportunity to be extremely close to the development team and guide the main features.
Speak directly to Ogury's business leaders and understand how the platform helps us grow within the business.
As the owner of the supply and privacy platform, we are looking to improve our efficiency. Improve this for internal users. We always look to improve our efficiency year on year, previously a legacy platform and recently migrated to a new one.
We want someone to be an entrepreneur, to really improve and align the decisions of the business. All around feedback from the users of the platform, both clients and internal users. For consent, success would be based on compliance within GDPR, as this makes us more successful. One of the largest challenges in the business.
