THE CHALLENGE
As Eventbrite continues to grow and expand its reach globally, the challenge of respecting our users' privacy rights, ensuring the proper handling of Personally Identifiable Information (PII), providing intuitive end user experiences for consent, and evolving privacy governance practices becomes increasingly important. Our platform is used by millions of people worldwide to discover and attend events, and with this growth comes the responsibility to ensure that we have a world-class privacy program. We take this responsibility seriously and are committed to providing transparency to our users, compliance with all applicable regulations across every geography, and ease of integration and management of privacy-related controls into our products. This is where you come in.

The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Eventbrite, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
