What you'll do

You will be part of our Global Product organization with a focus on product pricing strategy, influencing global product pricing, discounting, portfolio strategy, marketing, and product development.
You will drive sales performance & optimization of products in categories such as mattresses, beds, pillows, in our 31 global markets.
You will work closely with almost every team at Emma, e.g. the Country teams, Category Management, Channels, Operations, Marketing, etc.
You’ll propose and implement innovative approaches to take us to the next level in product, portfolio, and pricing.
You will grow immensely as a professional: You will take responsibility early-on, learn what drives hypergrowth, and rapidly build your entrepreneurial skill set.
You will drive pragmatic implementation of changes, seamlessly switching between global and local mindsets.

This is what ypu´ll bring to us

Previous experience in the product organization as product strategist/product or pricing manager/ comparable role would be advantage
Proven ability to work cross-team and to manage multiple stakeholder needs and expectations
Ability to juggle multiple priorities and effectively deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
An international background that allows you to look at opportunities from multiple perspectives
Analytical and comfortable with data analysis
You are entrepreneurial by nature and see opportunities everywhere
You're fast, pragmatic, and proactive, have high energy and a can-do attitude
You love to work with others and others love to work with you
You are fluent in English
