PRODUCT MANAGER (Pleasanton, CA)
Conduct complex and specialized research on payroll and other accounting and finance practices, requirements, controls and processes with respect to automotive dealerships. Leverage the information gathered through research to be an internal subject matter expert and contribute to the development of business applications and services. Create detailed product documentation and perform hands-on training with customers and internal customer-facing teams to enhance their knowledge of dealerships’ payroll, accounting and finance policies, processes and controls, knowledge of related products/solutions.
Req. MS in Applied Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or closely related field, plus 5 yrs of experience in similar duties emphasizing product management, requirements gathering and analysis, systems integration, and knowledge of AWS cloud technologies, Human Capital Management (HCM) applications, Payroll applications, JIRA, Confluence, TAP, Figma, SAP Concur, Oracle and SQL Server.
