Product Manager - Platform

Hims and Hers is looking for an experienced Product Manager (Platform) to work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Design, Telemedicine, and Marketing teams to build on platform capabilities for Growth, Retention and Optimization.

Experience & Skills:

• 6+ years of relevant Product Management experience, ideally in e-commerce or direct to consumer businesses
• Build the platform/infrastructure that powers our business including but not limited to store credit, SKU management, subscriptions and more
• Partner closely with Engineering and Business leadership to define and build the detailed roadmap to implement platform features
• Use of critical reasoning and data to influence without authority
• Knowledge of how to balance a great user experience and aggressive business goals
• A love for building positive and productive relationships across the company
• Ability to clearly and succinctly communicate complex ideas
• Strategic and tactical experience designing, building and executing scalable processes from scratch, ideally in an operations intensive environment
