Product Manager (Physical Product)

At our company, we're looking for a savvy and driven individual to help us expand our Product Management capacity for physical products. As our (Physical) Product Manager, you'll be an integral part of our team, leading one of our physical product streams and supporting operational product management activities in other areas.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating the New Product Introduction (NPI) process, which allows for the introduction of innovations within the product line.

• Collaborating with a team of specialists, focusing on shaping a comprehensive understanding and guiding the process based on the expert knowledge of each specialty.

• Understanding the business context and user needs ensures the product line meets market demands.

• Working closely with various teams within the organization, such as marketing, implementation, and product development teams.

• Effectively communicating project goals and requirements, monitoring progress, and aligning solutions and ongoing work with business perspectives and user needs.

• Providing objective, data-driven feedback to ensure the best possible outcomes.

• Actively supporting the development of the organization's business strategy, including determining business priorities, analyzing the market and competition, and identifying market trends and future business opportunities.

• Focusing on the growth of Tylko’s current product lines by introducing new products and constantly staying updated on industry developments and user preferences
