What you’ll be responsible for as a Product Manager at albelli-Photobox group

We’re evolving our Product function with a goal of making it one of the industry’s best. This involves building a strong culture of autonomous goal-oriented product teams with the leeway needed to achieve excellence in delivering superb customer experiences.

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who is passionate about building products that customers love. As a Product Manager at albelli-Photobox Group, you’ll drive execution for a major segment of our digital experience, and you’ll do it across multiple brands and multiple countries.

In this role you’ll work within our Editor team which owns our studio product where our customers upload and use their photos to create products. You’ll be focused on optimising and improving the experience so it’s super easy to use, and provides inspiration and creative tools which enable customers to make fantastic products.

Joining a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams you’ll be able to think strategically, develop and evangelise a platform vision, and lead the organisation with enthusiasm and conviction.to design, build and roll out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy

Requirements

• Proven experience as a product manager, ideally in an ecommerce or B2C setting
• You have previously worked in product team/squads delivering features
• You’re customer centric, with a clear understanding and vision for how a stable, reliable and extensible platform contributes to a great customer experience.
• You’re analytical, turning data and insight into action .
• You have experience with A/B and multivariate testing.
• You understand how to work across a company, cultivating great relationships with commercial, marketing, finance, and other teams to drive the customer experience and business performance

We are working in a hybrid environment and this role is based in our Barcelona office, situated in a WeWork by Plaça de les Glòries Catalanes, a hub for technology and innovation. Within walking distance of public transport, the beach and shopping centres, the office has great facilities (coffee, tea, showers, bike parking, social events and more) with a modern working atmosphere.

There are approx. 15 people in the office, who work across all areas of the business, with a focus on analytics, marketing, and technology.
