As Product Manager on the strategic initiative focused on Personalized Onboarding and Portfolio Engagement, you will be responsible for defining the direction of the Get To Know Me squad. In this role, you will balance tactical optimizations to our Onboarding experience alongside a strategic approach to collecting Customer Data to enable personalization. Responsibilities of this role include documenting requirements and driving velocity through clarity; creating short and long term roadmaps; ensuring stakeholder alignment; and consistently assessing business impact. You will provide thought leadership and direction that drives towards our company goals and product strategy, doing so in collaboration with Engineering, Design, User Research, Product Analytics, and Marketing. 

What you'll do here: 

  • You will maintain and manage delivery against the squad roadmap, including working cross-functionally to drive requirements 
  • You will communicate clearly defined and achievable product goals to Design and Engineering,  negotiating trade-offs and adjusting scope as needed to hit major milestones
  • You will lead product team through planning activities to identify scope for sprints; identify opportunities to validate product direction through MVPs
  • You will collaborate with Product Marketing and Support to define release marketing reach, effort and support impact
  • You will build, edit and manage product backlog, understanding the contributive value of each feature, the level of effort, risk and opportunity costs

We'd love to hear from you if:

  • You have experience delivering consumer based online or software as a service (SaaS) experiences in a SCRUM / Agile environment; specific experience in delivering value-driving recommendations and insights within the context of a SaaS product preferred
  • You have the ability to communicate complex and detailed information in an organized and consumable format 
  • You have the ability to build relationships, be persuasive and influential within and across immediate working groups
  • You are highly skilled at socializing business opportunity at all levels of the organization through both compelling storytelling and written presentation
  • You have an understanding of how to read data to analyze the performance of digital features
  • You are capable of and comfortable with working closely with Senior and C-level executives to develop product strategy
  • You have a strong familiarity with web technologies (coding experience not required)
  • You have bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience 

Addition Qualifications Preferred:

  • Working understanding of data architecture, especially in SaaS applications
  • Ability to develop and execute a successful product roadmap
  • Experience with Agile development and methodologies
  • Expertise leading cross-functional teams that together launch on-time and on-budget desktop, web or mobile software product offerings
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to think and lead complex projects simultaneously
  • Successful history of delivering customer-driven products designed to create a great customer experience
  • Ability to work across multiple teams and manage planning and dependencies
  • SQL knowledge a plus
