The Performance team creates the technology that enables Spotify to deliver successful products by informing, encouraging, and empowering all developer teams in the organization to produce high-quality features. We want to welcome a billion users to Spotify, so we need our products to work well, no matter where in the world you are, and what phone you have.

In this role, your mission will be to build services and experiences that allow mobile engineers to deliver business value fast, while still maintaining quality and performance. The team works with cutting-edge technologies to measure, safeguard and improve all aspects of performance for all of our users.

What you'll do

  • Be the voice of the customer and make sure your products are supporting their needs as well as connecting their needs to the engineering teams.
  • Drive awareness and understanding of performance at Spotify, and advise partners on the business impact it has.
  • Collaborate with design, insight, engineering, and other product folks on product discovery and prioritizing solutions.
  • Work with the Engineering Manager to ensure healthy delivery – including capabilities, happiness, resilience, and growth.
  • Manage cross-functional relationships to keep partners engaged, receive input, and influence their thinking.
