Product Manager - Performance Marketing

In this role, you will:

  • Be a part of a highly skilled and dedicated team of Product Managers and Data Engineers within the Performance Marketing team that works on products used by millions of users in 40+ markets every day. 

  • Work closely with other marketing and engineering teams to drive product development and marketing investments.

  • Make impactful decisions independently, as long as these decisions are well-informed and backed by data-driven insights.

  • Lead projects in all phases from establishing requirements to implementing the solution together with performance marketing, marketing tech/data science and engineering teams

  • Writing product and feature specifications, building and maintaining project plans and proactively mitigating risks

  • Prioritize requirements and define scope to meet project needs in a timely manner given available resources

  • Partner with collaborators to ensure adoption of new tools within the wider performance marketing team

  • Partner with stakeholders and engineering teams to identify areas in need of improvement to increase efficiency and decrease support requests & improve self-service effectiveness

  • You have a win-as-one mindset and are able to collaborate with multiple stakeholders across all levels of the business (and time zones) to achieve common goals

  • You understand how to align product opportunities with business goals and support that with thoughtful decisions and clear communication

  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and are confident in your ability to write clear and well-thought-out product requirements

  • Experience with online marketing such as Google Ads, Facebook or app marketing is a plus
