Product Manager - PeopleCloud Messaging

As a Product Manager for Epsilon’s market-leading, digital platform, PeopleCloud Messaging you will be part of a product management team working closely with stakeholders including marketing and engineering teams. The PeopleCloud Messaging Product Manager delivers enhancements and new product functionality using the latest technology trends. PeopleCloud Messaging serves the digital marketing needs of some of the world’s most recognizable brands across all verticals. We’re looking for a product manager who can transform market problems into product requirements and deliver solutions that empower the successful digital marketing strategies of these leading brands.

Primary Responsibilities

• Act as Product Owner for multiple product feature sets
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, users, and clients to determine product priorities
• Serve as product owner, prioritize the product backlog and lead refinement and planning activities for scrum team
• Drive Definition of Done metrics while delivering minimum viable product and delivering incremental value add to business/clients
• Collaborate with marketing teams on quarterly product plans and articulate the value created by the various feature sets
• Participate in the QA process by understanding the implementation and helping to define test cases based on the user requirements
• Collaborate with Front End Web Developers, UI/Graphic Designers, UX Designers, and Product Management on feature prioritization, design, and implementation

Required Experience/Skills

• 3-6 years of experience in Product Management/Development or Business Systems Analyst roles
• Strong technical background
• Experience with agile development methodology
• Ideal candidate has experience with digital marketing with focus on email, SMS and SaaS solutions
• Self-starter, with leadership skills to rally a team around product initiatives
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills to communicate new product developments to stakeholders
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills when determining how to best solve market challenges
• Preference to work in a fast-paced technical environment
• Experience with agile tools like Jira or similar
• BS in computer science, information systems, or marketing preferred
