Product Manager

Product Managers are the architects of our product offerings and the key drivers behind product line success and adoption in the market. They drive the vision & strategy of the product line and its delivery and execution across the organisation. As part of our Enterprise Payments team, you will define a comprehensive strategy for CyberSource to expand its payments processing footprint in Europe. You will collaborate with acquirers and processing partners and define integration to our partners. You will partner with the development organisation in delivering requirements, tracking execution and in commercialising the payments products in-market.

What you will do, day to day!

• Maintain, communicate and deliver against a prioritised product roadmap for an integrated payment processing strategy for Authorize.net and CyberSource in Europe. 
• Partner with key processing clients, identifying and recommending the right processing partners for CyberSource and Authorize.net
• Build detailed product and functional requirements that will drive product development, testing and deployment
• Share analytical insight and assistance to CyberSource Sales with strategies to drive merchant revenues and transaction growth.
• Evangelise CyberSource's Payments processing capabilities and work closely with commercial counterparts to drive product market launches and merchant acquisition

• An Ability to identify, detail and prioritise use cases and product functionality requirements for the execution of a cohesive product offering
• A proven track record of designing and delivering solutions in partnership with sales, business development, technology and support teams for successful end to end product launch
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and communicate effectively across regional and functional lines
• Confidence in working independently, balancing competing priorities and driving thorough, fact-based recommendations to collaborators 
• A strong bias for action with a high level of self-motivation and initiative
• Expertise operating within a large, cross functional (e.g. product, business development, sales, strategy, marketing) and cross-regional environment
• A sound understanding of merchant needs in an Omni-channel environment along with experience in the payment world is a plus
