Product Manager Payments, Pricing & Accounting (Fitogram)

The opportunity 

Urban Sports Group is on a mission to motivate you to live your most healthy lifestyle. In order to do this we established 3 brands: Urban Sportsclub, One Fit and Fitogram. Within this position you will support Fitogram to set up a state-of-the-art payment and accounting experience on our platform trusted by 1000s of sports venues and fitness enthusiasts across Europe. As part of a newly built cross-functional team, you’ll own all financial and payment topics related to the Fitogram product.

Your responsibilities 

• You’ll use your finance and payments expertise to discover and validate opportunities to improve our accounting section, payment processes, reportings, and subscription structure 
• You’ll ensure all of these product areas reflect the wants and needs of the customers of the Fitogram platform 
• You’ll play a key role in establishing a new cross functional domain and ensure the healthy development of the product organization at the company level   

What you need to succeed 

• You’ve worked before as a product manager on payments topics relevant to the role, ideally within the tech startup environment.
• You know everything about Scrum, leading standups, groomings, sprint plannings, and retrospectives (it’s a big plus if you are certified as Scrum Master or Product Owner)
• You are comfortable and skilled in presenting your work and consulting with stakeholders. You are fluent in English, German skills are a plus.
• You understand markets, competition and user needs in depth and are consistently driven by data to guide the strategy, roadmap and implementation.
