We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Payments Business Line. The team is expanding to support the growth of the Payment Partner Integrations, Foundational Infrastructure and Managed Services. Reporting to the Director of Product Management, you will work cross-functionally with other product managers, designers and engineers to build out our partner integration strategy. The solutions you build will be leveraged across a broad range of enterprise restaurant customers who use our digital ordering platform. You will have a critical role in helping to define and prioritize the product roadmap that results in the biggest and best investments for our customers and partners.
You can work remotely from anywhere in the U.S. or at Olo’s headquarters in NYC.
What You'll Do
- Contribute to ongoing definition, prioritization and planning of the Payments Foundation roadmap, incorporating product integrations, client feedback, and internal requests
- Manage multiple complex integration projects simultaneously including coordinating across internal and external partners
- Execute our strategy to streamline the Payments Partners integration process
- Create detailed product PRDs, working directly with Design and Engineering to build third-party integrations at high velocity
- Triage bugs and enhancements, writing, maintaining, and prioritizing tickets for continuous product improvements that drive customer NPS
- Establish success metrics for new products and features, incorporating results into the product roadmap
- Work with our Customer Success Team and Sales Team to understand the problems and pain points around integrations that our existing clients and prospects face within Payments
- Consult on solutions for our clients and prospects and maintain client advisory relationships to identify system innovations
- Conduct competitive research in the product space to inform the product roadmap
What We'll Expect From You
- 3+ years in product management, ideally with experience in payments, partner integrations, or closely related fields
- Experience building APIs and webhooks to exchange data with internal and external partners
- You have demonstrated the ability to work across an entire organization, from the CEO to the Systems Architect to Customer Support to Sales
- You can clearly articulate plans for the next few weeks, as well as the longer-view product vision
- You have worked directly with an Engineering team to develop innovative software solutions
- You are a creative problem solver who can understand and process the challenges from all parts of the business and what they face in meeting their goals
- You are comfortable speaking to outside parties and customers
- You are passionate about creating and optimizing processes, systems, and workflows
- You have a functional understanding of Agile software development and are able to "dive into the details" to understand complex technical challenges
- Your written and verbal communication skills are strong; you can convey ideas clearly and concisely
