Capital.com trading platform is seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive worldwide B2C payments management.
We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and precise, with a creative and a resourceful mind, bright, proactive, able to work well independently and as part of a team.
This position can be based in the UK, Poland, Bulgaria, Gibraltar, Cyprus, Lithuania.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Optimise Capital.com payments offering in the target regions: UK, EU, LATAM, SEA
- Manage markets research and analyse the most efficient payments options by popularity, approval rate, simplicity of usage
- Optimise first and repeated deposits user experience
- Own payments UX optimisation and A/B tests roadmap
- Drive technically complex projects from ideation to launch and beyond
- Understand customer needs, competitor offerings, and market trends to define product requirements
- Partner closely with the engineering and analytics teams to drive the development of core platform services
- Define key success metrics and analyse engagement, performance, and user data to make data-driven decisions
- Build internal processes to help the company improve the way we build products, including owning the implementation of various tools
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- 3+ years of Product Management experience
- 3+ years of working in FinTech projects as a Manager / Business analyst / Technical Lead
- Experience in B2C brokerage firms or on payments processing companies
- Deep technical literacy and ability to engage with fintech teams
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to execute with a lean team in a changing environment
- Desire to lead, influence, and inspire a cross-functional, diverse, and distributed team
- Thrive in a collaborative environment with cross-functional stakeholders and subject matter experts
- Equally adept at being tactical and strategic and able to handle conflicting priorities
