🤓 Role Overview: As a Product Manager at Payflows, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Finance SaaS platform. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, leveraging your expertise in finance, technology, and user experience to drive the development of intuitive solutions. You will be participating to building our product strategy, defining the roadmap, and ensuring that our platform remains at the forefront of addressing the evolving needs of finance teams.

Your responsibilities:

• Develop and own part of our product roadmap, aligning it with the company's vision and market demands.
• Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for product enhancement.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to prioritize features and ensure timely delivery.
• Define and communicate product requirements and user stories.
• Analyze data and metrics to track product performance and iterate on features for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.

Your qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in SaaS or finance-related technology.
• Experience working with engineering and design to ship sophisticated products that also deliver a great user experience
• Experience building and iterating on products or feature areas from 0-to-1
• Sufficient technical skills to ask engineers good questions and navigate through user data
• Strong written and oral communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to prioritize ruthlessly
• Self-starter mentality with a passion for innovation and problem-solving in a startup environment.
• Strong understanding of finance and experience in treasury management or procurement is highly desirable.
