As Hardware Product Management we steer Elli’s hardware projects to implement a product portfolio that enables an end-to-end charging experience for EV drivers.
Considering customer and market requirements, we define the roadmap and milestones for each hardware product and ensure that the project business stays in time and budget.
In addition we take responsibility to make sure that our products are compliant in regards to regulatory, safety and environmental requirements.
Joining Hardware Product Management means to be the interface between all project partners, connect the relevant stakeholders and bring about required decisions to ensure the success of our hardware product portfolio.
We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused Hardware Product Manager to expand our hardware product portfolio with the objective to connect Elli even stronger with other entities within the Volkswagen Group and leverage synergies for our corporate projects.
- You will lead the project business from planning through execution – defining the roadmap and milestones, aligning cross-functional priorities with internal and external partners and guiding delivery across multiple teams.
- Your focus will be to implement a scalable business model based on hardware products, among others linked to the energy market.
- This role is structured to strategically enable Elli’s product portfolio, among other projects potentially looking for new Battery Managed Network projects in Europe.
- You have a Bachelor's / Master´s degree in business administration or technical studies or an equivalent combination of experience and education
- You have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in product management in a tech-focused organization, preferably in the energy, mobility or automotive sector
- You are experienced in project management methodologies and product development processes
- You have proven skills in leading complex projects as well as creating and implementing new business models
- You have the ability to work closely with cross-functional stakeholders and translate technical challenges into business impacts
- You have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience engaging C-level executives and cross-functional teams
- You have an analytical mindset with a structured approach to problem-solving
- You are fluent in written and spoken German and English
The position is assigned to grade J according to the Elli function grading.
