We are a leading technology consulting and product development firm that empowers businesses to thrive in the digital age. Our team of talented professionals collaborates with clients from diverse industries to deliver innovative solutions, build cutting-edge products, and optimize their technology landscape. As we continue to expand our services and grow our client base, we are seeking a dynamic and passionate Product Manager to join our team.

Position Overview:

As a Product Manager at Outliant, you will play a pivotal role in leading the end-to-end product lifecycle, from conceptualization and planning to execution and launch. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, designers, business analysts, and clients, to define product roadmaps and drive the successful delivery of high-quality solutions. Your expertise in understanding both business and technology will be essential in shaping products that align with client objectives and market demands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy and Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to define product visions, goals, and strategies. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer interviews to identify opportunities and user needs. Translate findings into clear product requirements and roadmaps.

  • Project Management: Oversee the product development lifecycle, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Use project management tools to track progress and mitigate risks. Regularly communicate project status to stakeholders.

  • Requirement Elicitation and Documentation: Gather detailed requirements from clients, translating business objectives into actionable product features and specifications. Document and maintain product backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams.

  • User Experience (UX) and Design: Collaborate with UX designers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces. Provide input on wireframes and prototypes to ensure the final product meets user expectations and business goals.

  • Technical Liaison: Serve as a bridge between technical teams and clients. Facilitate communication, answer technical queries, and manage expectations regarding product development and delivery.

  • Quality Assurance and Testing: Work closely with QA teams to define testing strategies and ensure products meet quality standards. Conduct thorough testing and validation to guarantee the product's functionality and performance.

  • Release Management: Plan and coordinate product releases, including versioning, deployment, and post-launch monitoring. Address any issues or bugs post-launch and drive continuous improvement.

  • Client Relationship Management: Build strong and trusting relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor on product-related matters. Understand their needs and provide valuable insights to drive product success.

  • Market and Industry Research: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market demands. Utilize this knowledge to identify new business opportunities and potential product enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

  • Proven experience 3 years as a Product Manager or similar role in technology consulting and product development environments.

  • Demonstrated success in delivering software products or solutions that meet business objectives and customer expectations.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse stakeholders effectively.

  • Solid understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.) and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).

  • Technical acumen to comprehend complex technical concepts and communicate effectively with development teams.

  • Analytical mindset, data-driven decision-making abilities, and a passion for solving problems.

  • A strategic thinker with a creative approach to product innovation and a strong customer-centric mindset.

Our Core Values:
