Product Manager, Order & Pay

Your new team

Order & Pay is one of SumUp’s newest tribes, on a mission to create unique and efficient ways for consumers to buy goods and services, from QR-code-based pay-at-table solutions to large touchscreen kiosks. We're experimental and entrepreneurial, and we like to move fast, iterate frequently and are constantly looking for new ways to add value to our customers.

What you’ll do 🏃‍♀️

• You’ll work closely with teammates across functions like design, engineering, data science, research, customer experience and product marketing to define, and execute on, a vision and roadmap for the multiple products owned and run by Order & Pay
• Taking an active part in agile engineering ceremonies and continuing to push for the for a culture of innovation and delivery
• Independently managing internal stakeholder communication across all levels of the business
• Owning customer feature requests, interviews and product feedback and feeding this into the roadmap and product strategy

Your profile 🫵

• Hands-on experience working as a product manager in a fast-paced company. You thrive in an environment where impact and velocity of execution are paramount.
• You have led product decisions on a successful product from start to end - from concept to launch and from launching to scaling
• You have clear, concise verbal and written communication skills at all levels; from detailed technical specs, up to stakeholder presentations
• You're analytical. You drive action and experimental validation without getting stuck in analysis paralysis
• Experience working on B2B products, with customers from small businesses to large enterprises
• You’ve worked in a regulated environment before, and understand the importance of protecting data
