We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join Color’s Operations Platform team. Our Operations Platform team enables internal teams at Color to rapidly launch and scale innovative healthcare services without compromising on quality, efficiency and reliability. In this role, you’ll work with a talented team of engineers, designers and subject matter experts to solve problems with user-facing features as well as shared frameworks, services and reporting interfaces that support all our products.

How You’ll Contribute:

Own the Logistics-Operations Platform strategy and OKRs.
Lead the definition, development and launch of new operational solutions for our Logistics teams.
Lead the deployment and scale of the Supply Chain framework.
Manage the Logistics backlog and the team planning rituals.
Interact regularly with x-functional leaders, stakeholders, partners and users to define and execute new product initiatives.
Define, analyze and communicate product success metrics.
Represent Logistics in internal and external meetings and events.
Foster a strong team culture that builds on top of Color’s values and operating principles.
Partner and collaborate with other Operations Platform teams to plan at a macro operational scale and problem-solve cross-functionally.

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:

3+ years of SaaS product management experience, preferably with a track record of building internal tools to maximize operational efficiency.
Strong project management skills. You will need to drive multiple work streams partnering with cross-functional teams towards a common goal and timeline.
Technical background -- you’ll need to be comfortable working with senior engineers to make large-scale product, infrastructure, and roadmap decisions.
Great communication skills. Asking questions, listening and driving group decision-making.
Experience partnering with internal customers, design, engineering, and business intelligence teams to define and execute on a strategic product roadmap.
An analytical mindset. You approach problems from an inquisitive and scientific perspective. You are comfortable running quantitative analysis to help drive decisions but you also know how to balance quantitative and qualitative insights.
Process-oriented problem solving. You approach solutions with the end to end user experience in mind. You are practiced at analyzing and accounting for the opportunities for deviation from a desired workflow.
An understanding of the modern web infrastructure landscape.
Fundamental knowledge of SQL and experience working with operational tools like Salesforce and NetSuite is a bonus.
