Product Manager, Operations

Responsibilities: 

• Develop deep understanding of our customers, their problems, and what products and solutions would best serve them
• Partner with user experience design and engineering on the end-to-end product development process, from concept to launch
• Establish and maintain high product standards while building delightful and frictionless experiences for our customers
• Meaningfully contribute to the iteration of Chewie's product offering based on a deep understanding of customer needs as well as data analysis and market validation
• Partner with user experience design to conduct market research, user research, and user testing that inform product requirements

• Develop a strong grasp of the competitive landscape including environmental initiatives, connected devices, and companion app trends.Define, measure and communicate key performance indicators and use a data-driven approach to optimize our product offering

Qualifications: 

• 5+ years of product management experience; experience going 0 → 1 a plus
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Understanding of technical concepts in web and mobile applications
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, high growth, fast moving early stage startup environment.
• Usability and customer-focused design experience a plus
• Passionate about building products that will last and solve real problems for people
• Effective oral, presentation, and written communication skills
