As a Product Manager on the Online Store team, you will work on initiatives aimed at helping our merchants take their sales to the next level and making it easier along the way. Your primary goal will be to improve the checkout experience and make the interaction between buyer and merchant as seamless and comfortable as possible.

Focusing on the Online Store’s Checkout and Payment experience, you’ll play a key part in helping us help drive the roadmap for future product developments in this area, working to create a better shopping experience and help reduce merchants cart abandonment rates..

What you’ll do:

  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team including engineering and design. 
  • Develop and own your team's strategy and help set a long term roadmap  for the Online Store checkout 
  • Help with defining, planning, and driving large-scale projects from start to finish.
  • Determine the future development course of the Online Store checkout based on data and feedback from end customers and merchants. 
  • Execute the previously established strategy with the help of the development team, designer, and engineering manager.

You’ll be great for this role if:

  • You have commercial experience as a Product Manager (3+ years) and have overseen products developments through their entire lifecycle
  • You have experience working in the e-commerce/payments space
  • You are  a data-driven / analytical person
  • You have experience in creating roadmaps and strategy
  • You are a team player and have experience working with cross-functional teams
  • You have great communication skills and have experience managing multiple stakeholders of varying levels.
  • You are adept at identifying and solving problems and enjoy making improvements to the product as well as processes
