About the job
We’re working on an exciting new product within Yotpo, and are looking for our first Product Manager to help lead the effort. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for obsessing over the needs of the customer, developing priorities, and translating customer requirements into clear guidance for our developers.
This is a key role that will report directly to an SVP and help shape a tool which will revolutionize how ecommerce brands retain their best customers.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user surveys, interviews, and focus groups to deeply understand pain points and needs
- Identify patterns from product analytics and translate into meaningful product changes
- Identify opportunities for strategic product efforts
- Create wireframes and UX flows that will solidify these opportunities into products and features.
- Write thorough Product Requirements Documents and work with our developers to ensure we’re delivering intuitive, innovative experiences
- Work with developers and UX designers to deliver new features
- Nurture internal relationships and drive complex, cross-functional projects
- Create and manage KPIs, roadmaps, and project plans
About you
You have a deep understanding of the market, experience with B2C mobile apps, empathy for our users, and a love for data and creating delightful, thoughtful product experiences. Your colleagues unanimously say that you’re one of the best and brightest they’ve ever worked with.
You also have:
- At least 4 years experience working as a product manager in a successful startup or a top technology company
- Strong business orientation and the ability to identify opportunities
- The ability to synthesize big-picture product strategy that meets customer needs; motivate and convince the organization of your strategy
- Self-organized, process-driven mindset
- Strong attention to detail including proven ability to manage competing priorities
- Innate understanding of what it takes to craft outstanding customer experiences
- Expert analytical skills with the ability to clearly and accurately communicate data insights
- Perfect English and communication skills
