Who we are

Numeral is the first venture of Logic Founders, a new fintech startup studio created by eFounders and Camille Tyan. Our mission is to connect companies’ bank accounts. ?

Companies’ bank accounts are hidden behind clunky UIs, antiquated direct connection protocols, and heavy treasury management systems. We are building a cutting-edge banking orchestration platform. We develop bank integrations and advanced payment and account management features. We expose them with an elegant API that developers love and a modern dashboard that finance managers adore. Think of us as Stripe for bank payments. We enable fintech companies, insurtech companies, marketplaces, and platforms to finally scale their bank operations. ?

We are looking for our first Product Manager to join Édouard (CEO), Hichem (CTO), and the rest of the team.

Role

As the first Product Manager at Numeral, you will be working closely with the CEO, CTO, and engineering team to launch the best banking orchestration platform in Europe. Your role will have strong strategic and operational dimensions:

Strategic

• Talk with companies to understand their use cases and pain points and design solutions and features
• Analyse our direct and indirect competitors
• Help us define our strategic and market positioning

Operational

• Analyse bank integration documentations to draft bank integration specifications
• Draft API specifications and documentation
• Draft test scenarios and perform QA sessions to validate features
• Work with our customers on their implementation projects, as part of extended project teams that might include their banking partners as well as software providers
• Create and maintain our product roadmap
• Prepare and maintain our development backlog
• Work with engineers to streamline the product development process

Requirements

• You have 2-5 years experience in Product Management, ideally in a fintech or B2B SaaS company
• You have built products from 0 to 1
• You have a strong interest in API design principles and love writing specifications and documentation
• You have a strong attention to details, edge cases, and overall quality
• You are comfortable with reading technical documentations, including bank integrations, APIs, XSD files, etc.
• You have a good technical understanding and can work with the engineering team to prioritize tech debt reduction, bugs, and new features
• You are confortable working with multiple internal and external stakeholders, including customers, banking partners, and software providers
• You have strong communication skills and can adapt your language to business and technical stakeholders
• You have strong project management skills and excel at breaking down complex projects into actionable project plans
