  • Analyze customer and consumer feedback to make informed product decisions
  • Write and maintain product documentation such as PRDs, user stories, and customer enablement trainings
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and go-to-market, to ensure successful product delivery
  • Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders and customers

WITHIN THE FIRST MONTH YOU'LL

  • Build a foundational understanding of how the Credit Passport product works from a front-end user, customer integration, and backend data source perspective
  • Establish cross-functional relationships with your stakeholders (engineering, design, go-to-market, customer)
  • Deeply study our company OKRs, team goals, Key Performance Indicators, and metrics, along with learning tools we leverage internally, such as MixPanel and Grafana
  • Execute small product features within our established agile processes

WITHIN THE FIRST QUARTER YOU'LL

  • Execute high-priority medium-to-large product features on the planned enterprise roadmap
  • Write PRDs that drive stakeholder alignment and prepare training and enablement materials
  • Draft your product roadmap for the coming quarter aligned with team and company goals

WITHIN THE FIRST YEAR YOU'LL

  • Set 6-month product strategy for our Credit Passport product
  • Support the product team in the ideation of new product ideas and features

YOUR SKILLSET

  • Passionate about creating impactful products and delivering exceptional user experiences
  • Ability to write PRDs, user stories, and customer enablement trainings
  • Effective at communicating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Intellectual curiosity and analytical ability to conduct user research and analyze feedback
  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with excellent prioritization skills
  • Experience in a B2B SaaS company or start-up preferred
