PandaDoc is a leading document automation and electronic signature platform, and we're expanding our Notary team to revolutionize the way people access notary services. We're seeking a talented Product Manager to lead the development of our Notary platform, driving growth, customer satisfaction, and revenue.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop a deep understanding of our Notary customers, their needs, pain points, and workflows
  • Define and prioritize the product roadmap, aligning with business objectives and customer needs
  • Collaborate with Design, Engineering, and other teams to design, build, and launch new features and products
  • Write clear, concise product requirements and user stories
  • Work closely with the Notary team to ensure product development meets business and customer needs
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and product performance to inform data-driven product decisions
  • Develop and maintain a product backlog, prioritizing features and ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Communicate product plans, progress, and results to stakeholders, including executives, customers, and team members

About you:

  • 3+ years of experience in product management, product development, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in launching and growing successful products
  • Strong understanding of product development processes, Agile methodologies, and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana)
  • Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field

It would be awesome if you had:

  • Experience in the fintech, legal, or real estate industries
  • Knowledge of notary regulations and compliance requirements
  • Certification in product management or a related field (e.g., PMP, CSPO)
