Product Manager - New Product

OVERVIEW

We are looking for a product manager to build a new product at Modern Treasury. This product manager will own discovery and develop a roadmap to bring this product to market to meet the needs of our growing customer base. This role is reporting directly to our CPO & Co-Founder Matt Marcus.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable leaning into a broad problem space. The first few months of this role will be largely focused on discovery, spending time with our customers and partners to form a deep understanding of the problem and the shape of our product strategy. This person should have experience doing extensive discovery work with both senior management and ICs (i.e. IT, operations).

You may be a good fit if:

• You have a track record of shipping and iterating on products, either as a product manager or founder, for 4+ years

• You are customer-obsessed and want to spend a ton of time with customers, prospects, and partners to understand their business models and the technical support they require to make their visions happen

• You are an expert on the software and tools that banks use

• You have experience working with large organizations with multiple stakeholders and managing roadmaps based on customer needs that can be dynamic and changing over time

• You are an excellent verbal and written communicator

• You are technical-literate, meaning you can read API docs and bank specs

• You are intellectually curious and fascinated by innovative businesses, how they grow, and the technology they need to accelerate that growth
