Summary

As a Product Manager of New Markets,, you are a detail-oriented, hard-working, problem solver with an optimistic attitude, that can easily (and happily) wear many hats. You are able to uphold our company’s principles and values while adding to our unique culture. As a member of our Growth Team, you will broadly be responsible for working on one of the most important issues at PadSplit: launching new markets. The person in this role will be instrumental in creating the future of PadSplit.

You Will

• Be the on-the-ground point person in New Markets (expect to travel for 25% of your time) to identify marketing opportunities, test ideas, and run experiments
• Be responsible for designing and conducting research in New Markets which will be the basis of PadSplit’s market launch playbook
• Work with key stakeholders on the Member Growth team to coordinate and push forward on the ground launch activities
• Lead features through problem crystallization, research, ideation, design, validation, development and release

You Have

This is a remote position but limited to USA residents only

• Willingness to travel for a minimum-2 weeks out of every quarter to different markets (North American cities)
• 2-3 years of experience as a Product Manager, Market Launcher, or similar position preferably at a start-up
• Strong data analytics skills (Fluency in SQL is preferred but not required)
• Ability to define and execute user research plans, translate those research into insights and create marketing and product actions from said insights
• Confidence in creating structure and process for themselves
• Strong communicator who can circulate and align stakeholders behind launch initiatives

Preferably

• Experience at a fast-paced startup and proven record in launching new markets: we’re looking for someone who is flexible, a self-starter and a quick learner with a bias towards action. If you’re ambitious and want to play an instrumental role at a start-with proven PMF, this is your opportunity.
